Your vendor stack, finally in one place

Spreadsheets go stale the week after you build them. Bryorex stays current because it reads from the systems where spend actually shows up.

Find every subscription

Bryorex reconciles your SSO logins, accounting ledger, and card feeds to surface every tool your team pays for, including the ones nobody told finance about.

Never miss a notice window

Every contract gets parsed for renewal date, notice period, and uplift clauses. Owners get nudged at 90, 60, and 30 days, before the cancellation window closes.

Negotiate with evidence

Seat utilization from SSO activity, spend history, and benchmark pricing in one brief. Walk into the renewal call knowing exactly what you use and what it should cost.

Live in an afternoon

No implementation project, no CSV uploads to maintain. Three read-only connections and Bryorex does the rest.

Step 1

Connect your systems

OAuth into your identity provider (Okta, Google Workspace, Entra), accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero), and corporate cards. All read-only.

Step 2

Review the map

Within an hour you get a full vendor inventory: spend per tool, who owns it, who actually logs in, and where contracts overlap.

Step 3

Work the calendar

Renewals flow into a shared calendar with owners and deadlines. Finance approves, cuts, or renegotiates with weeks of runway instead of a surprise invoice.

Pricing that pays for itself at the first renewal

Flat plans based on vendor count. No percentage of savings, no per-seat math.

Questions, answered

What does Bryorex need access to?

Three read-only connections: your identity provider for login activity, your accounting system for actual spend, and optionally your corporate card feed. We never get write access and we never see card numbers, only merchant and amount.

How is this different from a spreadsheet?

A spreadsheet reflects what someone remembered to type in. Bryorex reflects what your company actually pays for and who actually logs in, refreshed daily. The gap between those two is usually where the wasted spend lives.

Do you take a percentage of savings?

No. Some vendors in this space charge a cut of negotiated savings, which puts their incentives in a strange place. Bryorex is flat-rate software. The savings are yours.

We already have a procurement tool. Why Bryorex?

Procurement tools are great at intake, the requests people file. Bryorex covers the other side: everything already running, including tools that never went through intake. Most customers run us alongside their existing process.

Is my data secure?

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, credentials are handled via OAuth so we never store passwords, and access within Bryorex is role-based. A SOC 2 Type II audit is underway; the report is available under NDA for Enterprise evaluations.
